Assigning a Seat to a User

From the left hand menu, select 'Users':

You will be greeted by the 'All users' page. For more details on the information shown on this page, see our Mange Users article. Scrolling to the right will reveal the 'Assign seat' column. If the user has accepted their invite to the Hub, you will see an 'Assign Seat' button . 

Once the button is clicked the Assign a product seat will appear. Choose the license you would like to assign to the user by selecting an available option from the dropdown. Once the selection has been made, click Assign seat. 

Once the seat has been assigned, the users status is updated and they have immediate access to the product.
